Join us for a powerful workshop where we will explore the joyful and healing practice of musical improvisation. Through non-judgmental activities and a supportive community, you’ll discover how spontaneous music-making can enhance your personal creativity and foster emotional well-being.

Workshop Highlights:

Day 1:

Dive into advanced improvisation techniques, explore music as an expressive language, and practice facilitation techniques to share this musical play with others. You’ll also gain tools to bring improvisation into your own musical journey.
