Through non-judgmental activities and a supportive community, you’ll discover how spontaneous music-making can enhance your personal creativity and foster emotional well-being.

Workshop Highlights:

Day 1:
Cultivate deep listening and connection, explore the basics of improvisation, and experience the healing power of sound. You’ll engage in a collaborative atmosphere where each note becomes an opportunity to connect, heal, and co-create.

Dive into advanced improvisation techniques, explore music as an expressive language, and practice facilitation techniques to share this musical play with others. You’ll also gain tools to bring improvisation into your own musical journey.
